Don't any of you guys have sled to switch over to ,, them's prime sno machine weekends!! plus by then we'll have the ice tires on.
Hows the prognosis with your cuff??
I hear snowmobiles are dangerous! I can ride my motorcycles all year long
and use them go to work and back. A snowmobile has a very limited season around here and I wouldn't be able to ride one on the streets. IMO, not really worth buying. If I wanted to go snowmobiling I could rent one.
A shot of cortisone seems to have fixed it. I have a MRI scheduled for Monday. If it continues to improve like it has since yesterday, I will cancel and call it good.
Snowmobiling is a lot better further north. You can get about 4-5 months most years. Great fun if the weather and snow are right, I'll keep my bike down here.
A day or so after the cortisone you'll feel like the joint has healed completely, don't be fooled by that feeling. I've had the shots in my shoulder (cuff) and my elbow. Makes a huge difference in the short term, but if you don't take it easy and rest the injured joint, you'll be right back where you started in 4-6 weeks.
not really, we've had some terrible snow winters. You'll be lucky to get a good month. usually 2-3 weekends and thats it. Unless you head to the UP.
In for the winter farm get together.
Used to live in the UP, that is what I was basing it on.
Already working on the kitchen pass. Depends on a few things with the kids and wife. Hope to have them changed by then.
