again, I'd be just fine with paying to test my emission to demonstrate my bike is in compliance with EPA NESHAP RICE standards. they don't give us that option. Instead they are relying on the manufacturer to certify that it meets the emissions. My chain saw is ok though. weird thing is that I do air emissions compliance on some million dollar engines and Cat won't even certify those, so we must test them to demonstrate compliance. I've had meeting with Cat on this and their engineers to try to help their customers reduce compliance testing costs...they say, too bad.
