Is anyone gonna need to replace fork seals? I made a tool to hold the dampener rod during disassembly that I can bring up if needed. I also have a piece of PVC to drive the new seals in.

If by chance an individual was to bring with him a set of progressive springs and new oil for a KLR front end would anyone be willing/able to provide a little guidance to the individual that has never changed said springs?

    Good place to buy em?
    Anything else needed?

I guess I better bring a 1/2 liter of Beam - this might get ugly!!:freaky

Jim, give me a call or a PM. Let's get your DOO done before we go up there. That way there will be less to get in the way of drinking and I won't be so worried about a dootastophe!
