    Why would you want symmetrical?
    That would only make it excessively wide on the right non exhaust side.
    Wolfman racks are as tight as they can be on each side.
    The nature of racks/saddles bags themselves makes for an excessively wide bike as it is.
    I have got hung up on trees, picnic tables lol and other bikes on my fairly narrow Wolfman.
    It is a tidy set-up though...

    I asked berg recently if he'd be willing to make a set of symmetrical racks for those with a narrow exhaust. Unfortunately he's to busy to tackle such a request...good problem to have these days. I'm still going to buy a set. To me they perform well (had a set on my last bike) and look good when not being used to hold bags. I'll probably try and find someone who can modify them locally.
