would you pay $2000 more for lower miles?

    two bikes both 2009, one has full jesse bags and only 10000 on the clock, the other no bags and 40000 on the clock. Both are 2009 and both have had full maintance at bmw as per bmw with reciepts to prove it. The one with more miles is 2000 less. Would you save the 2000 or spend it and get the low miles bike with the bags. (I honestly do not really need the luggage)

    30k miles is a fair difference, and $2k isn't that much more. You might not need the bags but they are nice for traveling and Jesse's are nice bags. You could even sell them and make back some of the difference.

    I would get the lower miles; or whichever one is yellow

    I would say the lower miles is the better deal - factor in a set of luggage for the higher mirage bike and you're almost there.

    I also picked up a 2009 with low miles BECAUSE it was yellow.
