    Hi Jester

Also a little late, but would be interested in a screen if you find some more material!

    Thanks

I have managed to get my hands on material to make some more screens. I don't know whether this is a regular supply, more likely it is a one off. Anyway I have enough to make 18 screens in black.

I'm in the middle of renovating a house and my workshop needs sorting out before I can start work so it might not be an instant turnaround but back in business for the moment.

would you be able to make one for an x-country? the shape would basically work, would just need to be a little more "generic" at the bottom.

    Hi Jester,

Great looking screen. Seems like you have a supplier problem, but perhaps solved?
Would like one in white, if that is a possibility?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Jester,
I have a ride coming up at the end of August. Any chance that you are back in production to ship soon? I am in California. Would prefer white, but if black is what you have, then black will work fine.

    Thanks in advance.

Black only but I hope to get some made before the end of the week.

Still up to my neck in trying to renovate a very old house ready to move into within a month, but at least I have been able to move some of the bikes out of my tiny workshop so I have some room to work.

Still busy with the house, and my summer holiday is over so I am back to work too. I have 1 black screen ready to go which has been offered by pm to a couple of inmates without response. 1st to respond reserves it.

I'll try to get some more made at the weekend (black only). I really need to get a load made before we move into the house - the workshop is much bigger than I have at the moment but has no electricity to it yet. Keep reminding me, I'll get there :1drink

    Hi Jester,
I will take one. Can you PM the details for payment please. What color are you making? White is first preference, but black will work as well.

    Thanks!

Just made some brackets to mount my screen at a steeper angle rather than direct to the headlight shroud. Improves wind protection a bit. In the end I cut a new screen a fraction wider so the bottom edge still lines up with the headlight. The brackets were made from a bit of stainless I rescued years ago from a squashed exhaust when I was punted off my drz by a car. Cut and bent to shape then pop-rivetted to the screen.

The next job is to attach a flat bit of plastic to the top of the brackets to make a small dash. This will give me somewhere to mount an extra power socket and the controls for my heated jacket etc.

I have plastic for 9 screens; I doubt if there will be any more after that. Original size or wider to mount with brackets, £20. Velcro supplied but I have no more metal for brackets so that is down to you.
