    1 Pair ALUMINUM PANNIERS

These Panniers are BIG. They are a stagering 50 liters and come in at 20" long, 15 1/2" tall, and 9 1/4" deep. These are not lightweights. they are made from 13 guage aluminum, tig welded at all seams and welded on the top inside as well.

This is the "no frills" kit with the "no frills" price.
    $250.00 for a PAIR
It comes with 2 boxes, 2 lids,
You paint, seal, finish it how you want.
You mount it how you want.
You pick the latches/hardware you want.

I thought about putting a flange around the top but i wanted it easy to load larger items so i went with a heavier aluminum and no flange.

This will not come all shinny and polished like touratech or bmw. it will have fingerprints and smudges on it.

We put the "nice" side out when we bend them. You can go crazy with steel wool or scotchbrite to make them artwork. I know mine will be tattered within a month so i didn't waste my time.
These are for dual sport bikes, not "show" bikes... and the price reflects it.
we just wipe them down and box them up.

The 12 pack is for size comparrison and not included.

Custom sizes can be arranged... email with questions.
latches and hardware can be found at
    http://www.mcmaster.com/
    http://www.grainger.com/
just put "latch" or "draw latch" in the search box.
they also have "threaded knob" for mounting

or the Happy Trails mount kits.

i went with a large box because i only use 1. i use a rack on 1 side for chair, sleeping pad, and anything too long for the box. with this box my sleeping bag and pillow will go right in the box... you could travel 1 month out of a pair of these boxes.

Just got my boxes in. Looking great. The edge seal is a pain to put on, but I'd rather have that than easy to come off. Rockin! I'll post some pics when I get them on the bike tomorrow.
