Very, very clean. I do like that colour too. I might get mine refinished in something similar.

^^^^I would too. They're a hoot. And not really worth enough to sell, but just ride them hard until you can't any more.

What's weird to me, is I'm seeing all of this positive press for the Triumph Scrambler 1200, but more than ten years ago, Buell already had (mostly) beaten it.

    HP: Buell > Triumph
    TQ: Buell > Triumph
    Tank Size: Buell > Triumph
    MPG: Buell > Triumph

    Suspension: Buell < Triumph
    Ground Clearance: Buell < Triumph

    Handling*: Buell > Triumph
    Styling* : Buell ≠ Triumph

    * Obviously those last two are subjective. Even the ground clearance and suspension could be a toss up if modifications are involved/allowed.

Triumph seems like a great bike, and I love the looks and reliability, but for the price, compared to a used Buell, seems like a hard sell. One of the reasons I just bought mine. Hard to find something comparable for the price and fun factor of the Buell. Just my 2¢

Short little ride out to one of the places I work. Absolutely gorgeous Fall weather we're having here in New Mexico right now.

Oh, I have been in this situation many times)). After the third time, I told myself that I would no longer ride on such roads with road tires and such a heavy motorcycle.
Of course, I could not resist.:jack
