I ran into the same problem. Changing the resolution to fit more on my screen allowed me to see the rest of the page.

    What a cluster F though.

I had to make the page full screen. I couldn't scroll either.

In this day and age websites with non-functional aspects are inexcusable.

My dealer is currently seeing that the form they have to fill out isn't even on the dealer website, yet. Say what???? I'm sitting with him, he's as frustrated as I am.

I got an email from Yamaha today at exactly 0900. The link on THAT email is the one I had to use to complete the reservation. Quick and easy on my phone.

Crazy. The confirmation email with the Res Number wouldn't come through my gmail account on my Mac. When I opened the mail on my phone it was there, but still not in my laptop email.

After filing out the form the confirmation email took about 10 minutes to receive from Yamaha.

I just called my dealer (Roseville Motorsports), and gave them the 'Reservation Number' that was in the email. They said they'd start the process, but it sounds like they don't really know what's going on.

I'm pessimistic that this will all workout, but we'll see.

I should have thought of that. I got my dealer on the phone and he completed it for me. If this doesn't work I'm going to get a 790.

Right, got the confirmation number email just now. I think I will go to the store tomorrow and personally give them the information.

I just left in the hands of my dealer who said they'd take care of everything so I'm probably fucked, but we'll see.

My dealer is on the phone with his rep. Their submission form to order will only take 10 digits instead of the 12 that Yamaha sent.

Easy Peasy, my dealer was on it and I had a reservation number in about 10 minutes.

My dealer and his rep can't find the proper form to fill out on the corporate website!!! So we're holding for corporate right now. (I'm sitting with him.)

On another thread, people are reporting the same issue. Dammit.

So far the part that is not so easy peasy is for the dealer to enter that number into the YDS system to place the order.

That's where I'm at now. Waiting on my dealer to get their stuff done. I called a different Yamaha/KTM and was talking to a salesman and he told me that their customers can't complete this processes. Something about Yamaha Corporate being overwhelmed. What a surprise.

If you could give advice to Yamaha for the next time what would offer? They obviously are trying to get the bikes to customers while preventing their dealers from ordering them for stock under false pretense.
