The RR lowering links are about $100 less than I coughed up for the Yamaha set. I also raised the forks to 16mm or so; could go another 1/4". I did not measure before and after, but it made a big difference. I have a 30" pant-size inseam, 5'9". I may still get the Seat Concepts low seat* because it is wider under the pelvis, narrow at the front. I still have to watch rolling up to a red light that I'm not on the top, between two ruts. But, it's easier when I come to a T intersection with/at a steep incline and when backing down the ramp to level from my mc storage shed.

    * Am I right that for your $195 you don't get a seat, you get a kit to install?

Correct you use your factory seat pan. With a good staple gun ( I use pneumatic) it's an easy job.

Probably added 50# farkles‍♂️mey I have my upgraded Serow for trails.
ADV Design highway pegs coming in today for T7 . When Corbin or Sargent makes a seat for it I will done with upgrades.
I installed a Soupy’s lowering link and now need to get the kickstand shortened. I would have been Soupy’s shorter stand but I had already purchased a kickstand foot enlarger

In the US? If so then yes they are gouging you....My deal ( granted I don't have the bike yet) is 10K our the door. That includes dealer doc fees. No tax....I pay the state that separate.

You're in CA so what people paid in Arkansas or any other state is irrelevant. $12,000-$12,500 seems to be the going rate in this state.

What MC show do they typically announce the next years model? Not that I would expect much of any changes on the T7 what are you guys hoping, hearing, wishing Yamaha would do. And this would be a 2022 am I correct? Must be some new more stringent emission control that a new model would have to pass. ??

Most seem to want a larger fuel tank.
I disagree and can only think of other cool bikes they ruined by doing such.

I think a larger tanked more touring version will happen. A super moto with a 19" front tire and an inch lower seat could appear someday also. Imo

Smaller turn signals, slipper clutch, color screen, tubeless, removable sub-frame. Not really needed but could happen some day.
