Did you use the reamer that comes with tire tools? Sometimes the puncture is too small and needs to be expanded.

Was the tire leaking before the plug was inserted?

No, the tire pressure was fine. The screw might have been in there for some time and the tire may have held air for a long time.

I just spent a couple days in TN/KY with this bike exploring some ares I hadn't done before looking for a good ADV loop, some of it two-up with my daughter. It THRIVES on curvy backroads and gravel and is more than capable in the rough stuff. I love it more and more. I have hours of video to go through, hope to post it soon.

It also herds cattle pretty well too. :jack

I did decide against tempting fate on this wet clay on stock tires and alone. Supposedly this goes through back to that firetruck,

Okay that makes sense why the plug wouldn't go all the way in then. No hole to follow.

@12bridn looks like you found some good ADV stuff after all!

I also like how this bike seems to love it more the faster you go. Chassis-wise anyway, because you find the bottom of the suspension travel that way too LOL.

Oh hey, I saw my first T7 (other than mine) in the wild in Dodgeville, WI this afternoon. It was white and looked sharp!

I ordered from rugged roads in the UK last year, maybe better US options now?

Furthest I've pushed the fuel range with the light flashing, coming home from a wet weekend in Wales and I didn't want to stop for fuel, approximately 200 miles at 60-80mph so not bad at all.

Can anyone help with SW motech crash bar install? These big spacers, the directions are horseshit, idk how they go.. this clearly isn't right
Since Instructions didn't say I just tried to get length of bolts the same, seems I may have it completely backward
Okay I flipped a couple spacers and now it seems okay if not correct. Garbage instructions from them, didn't expect that since center stand was no problem.
