You only need to remove the AIS if you're bothered by loud popping on deceleration (I was).
You only need to get a servo emulator if you're bothered by error code 17/18 on the dash (I'm not).

I remember buying a longer clutch cable from totallyTTR, uk website. It was made by Venhill.

It is fairly loud. Mostly only on the street since you're more often at WOT. I did add the quiet insert mentioned, but it's still louder than I'd like. My friend's Q4 is a touch quieter than this set-up.

Hmm. So even if I go Q4, expect it to be considerably louder than stock. Does friend's Q4 have an additional silencer or could his be quieter? I'm still interested. Can you guesstimate shipping to 55406?

$140 should cover it all. It's in good shape.
His Q4 does not have any additional inserts besides the std. screen. I'd say with the insert, the powercore is just barely louder than the Q4 and at anything other than heavy on-road throttle very similar.
$170 and I'll include the quiet insert.

Does anyone know if there was a dealer/promo banner for the wrr? If so I'll stay on the hunt and if not I'll quit wasting my time.

Seeking garage swag, eh? I've never seen one but that doesn't mean there wasn't one. If one isn't on Ebay then they probably don't exist!

I was looking for longer ones. I didn't see that mentioned on the webpage you linked to. Am I missing something? How much longer is 05-0424?
When I contacted Motion Pro about cross compatibility they replied:

Cables are application and component specific.

We are unable to confirm compatibility to another model’s cables at this time.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Motion Pro, Inc.

I have researched the Venhill cables and may go with those, but in the meantime sourced Motion Pro part #05-0389 locally, which they do say is the OEM replacement.

It is 05-0424 and is 2" longer. You can find it listed on their site for the bike as well, and I can confirm it does work

    Thanks!
When I entered wr250r into their search engine, nothing came up!
Now, longer throttle cables anyone? (Apart from the Venhills, which I may do anyway.)

Pick cables from the menu at motion Pro website and put in your year/brand/type at the black vinyl cables and it will come up

This is longer, but don't know by how much

Can anyone confirm if a 14t front sprocket fits with the stock case saver? And does anyone know where to pick up a cheap 14t?

    Yes, a 14 T sprocket fits stock.

I use Sprocket Center for my chain and sprockets. They sell JT sprockets, which have worked fine for me. There are a few choices for chains, but DID is the only correct choice for a chain (Pandora's box open! lol).

Decent prices, but getting it up here in Canuckistan would be $45... :baldy I'm just needing a quick fix that may last me part of the riding season. Counter sprocket is getting hooked and my chainslider is starting to show signs of wear. Chain and back sprocket look like new, so I figured a 14t plus I got the bike with 13*49 gearing and this would bring me back close to stock gearing which I've never tried.

I’m selling off the wr. Anyone want a GoPro suspension I’ll swap out for a similar stock suspension plus $$$. I can send details to any interested parties. I’ll also have a 3 gal tank. Perhaps a seat. We’ll see. Definitely tank and suspension. Not sure the involvement of parting out.

Amazon $12.78 with 2 day shipping. Now as long as the description is correct I'm golden!:clap

3 gallon tank? Where you located... What's your price?

What's the GoPro suspension? I have heard of the camera, but not the suspension. Google isn't bringing up anything either.
