It shouldn’t be long until we have everyone convinced they need a trophy truck if they’re going to pull into a dirt parking lot :bert

I won’t be caught dead without my trophy truck. I have a gravel driveway- so I can’t drive anything else anyway

I gotta lift my Xterra 2" so I get the correct departure angle for my angled concrete driveway. It's the only way to be sure.

There were several people sleeping on top of lifted overlanders at the campground last weekend. I just don't get the point of needing an eight foot ladder to get into your tent.

Seriously, that has to be the stupidest camping trend of my lifetime. If you are that afraid of bears, just sleep with your fucking piece. Not that a bear has any problem climbing on a truck anyway.

The last place I want to be in this part of the country is laying on top of a hot vehicle in a folding box at night in the humidity. Out west in the arid, and the altitude, sure...ok...whatever.

Any type of camping east of North Platte needs access to A/C because there are only about a dozen good days to camp.

    What a stupid investment.

Yard is recovered in acorns, plus leaves. Beach, and maples have lost most of leaves. Still poor color, a few specimen trees - maples.

I did go ride with 4 dudes today and only one of them could kinda keep up with the venerable CRF100F! He was on a 350sxf, there was a beta 300rr race edition, a wr450f and cr250r :clap

    Disclaimer I’m PUI

The benefit of rooftop tents is that everyone around you knows you are a big deal, and can be found @instagram or whTever #

As far as being afraid of bears @Grreatdog youre in Wisconsin right? We don’t have grizzly bears. Grizzly bears aren’t afraid of much- but they are fucking terrified of 8 ft ladders that go to the top of Toyota’s.

    Looks fun!

I had those guys covered, but that bike is very seriously limiting! It was a fun time though pushing on that bike! We hhad 2 major or almost major injuries. One stick that grazed up a guys neck then bloodied lip and punctured his forehead. Another guy had a kidney transplant about a year (he’s a pretty good friend) went way low blood sugar and I had to go find him and get him back to his truck. Pretty scary as he couldn’t speak properly. Got him some sugar. Both were close calls, the one guy we just had to butterfly the puncture, but it could’ve been a jugular punctured with a slightly different angle

Do you think he can come out of this one?!?! I think @Grreatdog might be reminded of that sand in his under garments after riding the beaches in the 70’s after that yankee accusation!:fight
