The rebuild was not too bad on Eric’s motor. The worst part was cleaning all the aluminum out of the bottom of the motor.
Mine had the GoRace treatment. I keep forgetting to compare the valving between the two. I’ll do that tomorrow.

I wish I had one on the other day. We were putting the roof sheathing on and my buddy stepped on the air hose and in an instance wham he’s flat on the roof. Now, this on top of two 9’ stud height floors with no safety railing and not tied in, so it wasn’t funny..... until it was you know. I tried so hard to act concerned while I was laughing. I think I spent the rest of the day trying to face away from him so he wouldn’t see me laughing under my breath, he probably thought I was dry heaving all afternoon.

What’s the deal with blocking the gap to the soffit? Here we leave that open, vent the soffit, and air flow can come up through the soffit and out the top of the roof.
