Yes. No. Easy nuff. And for me, it gets in the way offroad. I would buy a smaller bag if I could turn back time.

It's protected but I'm sure over time the tank bag can scratch the tank. It pretty much will live on my bike. You simply unclip it and swing it over letting it hang as you fuel. Really clever and simple design.

For standing off road you can remove the small outer bag and stuff it into the tank bag. Then it does not impede you moving around.

We haven’t had any real rain for awhile. Tough to find a mud puddle lately

On Sunday August 5th 2018, I attempted and completed my first Saddle Sore 1000. It's been on my bucket list for a few years now. I went from Jamesburg, NJ to Orlando, FL in just under 18 hours. I can't begin to tell you how amazing this bike feels, rides, range and comfort. It is totally stock and the only thing I had to aide me a little was wearing bicycle shorts under my riding gear. What a fantastic machine. Tonight I just finished the Iron Butt Association paperwork so it can be mailed Monday for verification and certification. Get out and ride. Have fun everyone.

Just got back from a trip to Montana to explore Mining Camps.
On the way out we rode over the Beartooth Pass.

Good ride yesterday, wouldn't mind a bit roomier seat though.

Can't be you... looks like he's sitting on a 250. That fucker could sit on the trunk rack and still change gears.

This fellow has to be at least 6'5" 290 lbs!
His boot length is bigger then the side engine case!
I have never seen a S10's rear end that far down while standing still!
Looks like there is a HD Road King bagger with ape hangers and fishtails next to your bike, I assume that must be his bike. :thumb

Haha! Kind of what I thought, too!
Looks like a Mini Tenere, or something taken from the carnival ride.

The build is finally over, and the Pig lives. Running it in now, and then start planning for another lap around Aus.
