NZ bikes have that silver rear. Possibly Australia as well - we often get Aussie-spec bikes.

See if you can find an NZ or AUS parts list online.

I do like the color much better than the sandy beige. But I'd prefer to read that the 2021 comes with a "Radical 350 cc motor."

Hah, I may in the minority that actually prefers the "Sandy Beige" to either the old blue or the new grey. Especially living in a city where DS bikes are the most stolen, anything that makes it look less like a cool dirt bike is a plus for me and it I get one it will eventually have a top box and wind screen to make it look even less tempting to the casual theif. Something about it also has a '70s west coast vibe (would have been cooler with a little sunset orange stripe or something)

Now I'm just waiting to find a 2018 beige one on the used market as low as I see some of the 2013-2016 blues.

Go to cycletrader.com and do a search for XT250's and there are still new 2019's out there for under $5000, unless they didn't take them down after they were sold.

"Radical" Grey? LOL that's about like saying "Bright" Black!

"Bland Grey" just didn't have the same catchy ring to it I suppose....

I'm color blind so color is not an issue if the price is right! I am still looking for an XT with FI at a reasonable price in above average condition near Arkansas.

Odd that Yamaha didn't bother to give it the LED tail light update that it got in Japan in 2018.

Where is there a 21" tire that fits the XT which is tubeless?

I figured if there was a wheel that you could put on an XT that you can use a tubeless tire, you could use any 21" tire without a tube if the wheel was designed for it. Maybe I'm wrong?

Now I am just pissed. I was really happy to have the beige over the blue. Really happy. But that gray speaks to me. I really dig it.

Nope as there isn't an air barrier layer on tube type tires.

I used 3m sealant tape on my rim with the plan to get rid of the tube in the future. I thought Mitas had some 21" tubeless options as well but not sure.
