Yes, there are adjusters on the back of the headlight that move the reflector inside.
There's up and down adjustment and left right adjustment.

The height adjuster is accessible whilst fairing is fitted so headlight aim is a fairly easy task.

Jo, just out of interest, what would be the shipping cost to UK? Also can you confirm the fairing works with the 5.3 Gallon tank and lastly what is the wattage draw on the Headlight (making an Adventure out of the DR so tight in available power). Thanks in advance

    Hi Rob

Yes the kit is available for the 5.3 UK gallon (25litre) tank.
It's not available for the smaller Acerbis.

Headlight takes the same h4 halogen as the standard light so that's a 55/60w

If you email me your postage address I can get a quote for you.

    Email is brazier.joe@gmail.com

    Thanks

    Joe

You can order the drz kit through procycle, it's not listed on there website but if you send them a friendly email I'm sure they'll be able to help you out.

Sorry I cant post photos at the moment but if you go to the website http://www.yenkro.com and scroll down to the gallery there's a photo of the drz 400 set up with the mounts.

It has a machined clamp that goes around the headstock (this can also be used for a damper post mount) and then a fabricated bracket that extends down to the radiator mounts.

Thanks for posting the photos, I need to get my photo hosting back up and running.

The above brackets now come with the top headstock clamp powder coated to match the rest of the kit and the machined urethane rubber mount now comes anodised black.

    Thanks

Does the 650 unit fit both gas tanks? Pro Cycle site says it fits the large safari tank, no mention of the smaller tank

Ever consider doing one for the trusty old BMW R80G/S? It could also fit the early R80GS and R100GS. There are quite a few of them out there still and they would benefit greatly from this setup. Just a thought.

According to the website, ProCycle only carries the fairing for the large Acerbis. I assume that is what you were referring to, since Safari only has 30 l size?
