Decrepit looking place in Abbeville, SC. One block road entering area is brand new brick roadway. Sign says its CSX owned; no signs about no trespassing, what appears to be a pavilion on the site. Maybe someone is planning a fixerup?

Melrose, NC. Not really a station, it was where the special engineer out of Asheville, NC would get off and call in for a ride home after coming down the 3 mile stretch of 'the steepest main line RR in the US.'
The Saluda grade bit of RR has not been used since 2001.
