    Mountains in Montenegro some years ago.
    We have pulled a tarp between two 640’s and put two tents without outer waterproof shells (rain covers) under it - worked nicely.

    I had almost gotten to sleep when I realized that if my hammock were to fall I would be trapped inside my bug net and would most likely drown :flush

    Hard to see but there were tree roots between the two trunks. Honestly was a perfect spot for a hammock if you ignore the drowning factor....

    Yep was a 3 leg chair, removed the padded top and added a piece of thin Aluminum. Drilled 3 holes in the corners and use 3 zip ties to hold it on.
