Thank you, until now I've only seen one similar monument made of helicopter rotor blades - that was in the town of Korosten', Ukraine, erected in the memory of Soviet helicopter pilots killed in action in Afghanistan ( there'd been a Mil Mi-24 Hind gunship regiment stationed in this town until early 90ies whose personel were engaged in the Soviet war in Afghanistan 1979-1989 ):

That an old "Charlie" model Huey. Many of those were converted to gunships by the time I got to RVN. I've seen several memorials around the country with UH-1s on display but don't recall a Charlie model anywhere. Good find . . . thanks for posting.
