May seem like a dumb question, where do you drain the oil out of the forks on a YZ450 Yamaha??

I have a set for a project I am working on, and cant find anywhere to drain the oil.:cry

If you are talking about recent type of forks. Upside down style? The cap on top of the fork leg is loosened and the tube lowered some then turn the fork tube upside down to drain the main body of oil. There is also another chamber that has oil but the damper rod has to come out to get to it.

Loosen the cap then take the fork out of the triples, remove cap, and dump the oil. Pump the fork and more will start coming out. I pump until it stops then let it drain over night.
