Anyone know of a good place to get a zipper fixed in either of these 2 areas? Zipper broke on my riding pants, just the pull part. TIA

I'm looking for the same thing for a broken zipper on a Olympia jacket liner. I've seen an ad for Frontier Leather and Canvas at 5822 S. College but haven't tried them yet.

A week or so ago I dropped my BMW Savanna jacket at The Sewing Room in Ft. Collins for a zipper replacement. They looked at it and said it would be at least $90, which seemed fair. A couple days ago they called me and said the zipper did not need to be replaced since they were able to simply replace the slider and got it working fine. They were somewhat apologetic that they had to charge me $25 since they had to use two sliders to fabricate a "BMW" slider :lol3.

I haven't picked up the jacket yet, but you sure have to appreciate their honesty.

If you're interested, their contact info is:

Is it a YKK zipper? Most everything does.
I had a problem with a Lowe pack zipper.
I called them and they said all YKK zippers have lifetime warranties.
I sent it to a YKK repair shop and a new zipper was put on for free.
I can't seem to find this stated on YKK's site however?
