time for a new gps device and the 665 seems to be the do all unit, main question is i would also be using this as an xm reciever, so does this unit still have an external antenna that is included or is it part of the unit built in? IE if i use it on a bike and at home i would need to antennas one for each.

Next read alot of problems people had, if you had issues did garmin take care of them?

I just got my new 665 activated. I spent about an hour on the phone with XM but got it worked out. The antenna is external from the device. The motorcycle mount has a lead for the antenna so I plan to mount it where I can unplug it easily and transfer it to the car when I change vehicles. I have been using it in the car the past two days and works great. It paired with my Iphone and displays my contacts on the screen as advertised. I hope to finish the motorcycle mount tomorrow and take it for a ride!
