I have never been, would like to try to go this year.
Come on out, you’ll have fun, or not, but you might as well give it a try.
As Clarkson says...what could possibly go wrong?
I may have another rider too if he gets his bike by then
Not another noob...
Just f-n witya
lol I havent rode much off road on a bike sold my fz6r and 500 exc setup as a supermoto 2 years ago. I now have a wr250r not even broken in yet
I believe it's just back roads and dirt roads on this one. I don't think there is any trails. Frank? By the way I'm in on a 2017 CRF250l this year.
Or maybe I should bring the superhawk instead?
Also here is a really good place to eat that a few of us hit Friday & Saturday evening two years ago.
Mastracchio's Restaurant & Lounge

anybody know anything about the red carpet inn will the bikes be safe outside?
That's were we are staying as well. If they get taken, well, will be shopping for something new! How bad could Duncannon be?
I'd like to join you guys.
Some people took their bikes inside the room and other people parked their bikes in my garage which is about five or so minutes away.
You would be surprised. I own a business along route 15 near there and things get stolen all the time at all the businesses! People are welcome to park at my house which is just a little over five minutes away from the motel. If you trailer your bike you can leave it in my garage overnight or if you ride it I can take you down to the motel with my car. At least one guy rolled his bike right into the room from what I heard.
I'm in! Can't wait!
Is this ride doable with out Knobbies?
Yes but only if you use synthetic motor oil.
All kidding aside i did it my first year as a noob to adv riding on Shinko 705s on a brand new tiger 800xc.
Never missed a beat.
The past few years have been on the #DR350 WITH Dunlop 606.
Much more fun...
Just being honest.
Yes, totally doable for sure. This is not an off road ride, but rather an asphalt and gravel road ride.
No special bikes, or special tires, or special motor oil needed.
Just come out with a roll chart holder, and have fun!
I just come out without a roll chart holder and just follow Doc around, over the river, under trees, through farmers fields.... Yep, ordering a RCH from rockymountain tonight as well.
2017 wee strom is gone. The Suzuki dealership bought it back from me. Bad vibrations in the motor and handlebars! They could not figure it out. They gave me pretty much all my money back.
