Jimmy Lewis has one spot left in his class.

Anyone? My offer still stands, $50 refund when you finish the class.

    https://jimmylewisoffroad.com/classes/

Do it now. Next year, the rate will go up to $800.

Also, Jimmy is donating 2 vouchers of 50% discount (each has a $400 value) to the noobs rally......:clap

Would love to do it but I can not take the extra days off at work. I looked at a bunch of videos on Jimmy’s website and the program looks amazing. Hopefully next year I will get into the game a little earlier and be able to make it for the class as well.

Now that we are 10 days out from the event I'm still searching for someone to commit to my remaining spot. I have dropped the price a little bit and hope to put it towards my U-Haul.

I paid $110, asking for $90 Paypal. I'll eat the fees if you pay that way.
Carpool/Ride-in spot. THREE delicious dinners. Campsite #30 with some other 690 riders. Apparently quite desirable since several people have asked to steal/swap spots!

Jimmy Lewis again graciously donating his time to do a 2-hour demo and instructions.

This starts FRIDAY 4 PM, so plan ahead and make it back to camp.

I'm not sure if there's a post for rides yet, but Friday I'll lead a ride to Chloride Cliffs, Beatty for lunch, then Rhyolite and Titus Canyon.
    TBarstow will be sweeping.

Suitable for n00bs, big bike or small. Quite a bit of pavement to get to the turnoff to Chloride Cliffs, then some fun dirt and a challenging but doable uphill to Chloride Cliffs (site of a late 1800's mining town and some good photo opportunities). Back down the hill and a combination of dirt and pavement to Beatty for gas and lunch. Then to the quirky town of Rhyolite, followed by the scenic ride through Titus Canyon (passing by another historic mining town of Leadfield).

We'll make sure everybody gets through - a no man left behind ride.

    To Chloride Cliffs:

Will probably plan a Thursday N00bs ride as well - maybe to Barker Ranch (what's left of the Manson family cabin) or maybe to Darwin.

    That Friday ride sounds cool.
What are the gas range requirements?

Quite reasonable. PSR to Cloride Cliffs to Beatty to Titus to PSR is probably under 150 miles. There is gas at Stovepipe Wells and Beatty.

m0t0, you are driving down Tuesday? I have some stuff to donate for the garage sale but can't haul down on the bike. Would you have a little space?

    wtp....we need more ride leaders.

mike, don't let you leadership and charisma wane away. you'll have 40 fans and followers after the saline valley hot springs ride. stretch the weekend by being in front. you lead and many will follow. we'll find a sweep who won't get lost.

I'm bringing my white board / sign up sheets. Ride leaders post your rides. I'll prop it right in front Reg / RV #1.

I'm getting to PSR Weds (EDIT) Noon-ish, site 36. I'm doing a Weds (EDIT) 2-4pm Big Bike ride; PSR>Wildrose>Emigrant>190W, 70mi total, 90% slab / 10% graded-gravel at (Wildrose North), corner carving, minimal sight seeing. Back to PSR before the rains come.

Thurs 9a-5p 170mi; 10 bike max, Noob Friendly, Med Bike easy, Big Bike intermed, knobbies; China Garden, Darwin, Talc City, Manzanar, Reward Mine (if time permits), Lone Pine (lunch/gas), Cerro Gordo Ghost Town, Father Crowleys (Star Wars Cyn), 190E to PSR (home). Votes Welcome.

EDIT; Thurs am rains my postpone until Noon, so we'd merge with @rjnutt 's Darwin ride.

For the nOOb of Noobs here; it looks like rides form on Thursday, I thought that was ride in & set up day.
@NSFW Joel, our current plan is to come in Thursday after JL's Class ends Wednesday. May have to reconsider plans to get in there a lot earlier.
Any recommendations time wise to get the most out of the Rally?
