Day three wasn't that hard.. really, like a lot of the high country with rocky sections. Relatively short climbs and descents . Some sand, some loose scoria material like riding on marbles.
All in a days ride normally. 6/10 was my personal difficulty rating, others may say otherwise.

I presume they will show the 790r at the end like they did previously with the 1090 and 1290,

My advice would be to check the menu at that nights stop and choose a tire to suit - imagine trying to ride through a green beef vindaloo minefield the next morning on a bald 606

There's an Austrian out from the factory along for the ride. His role sits between technology development and media ... strangee he's here huh.
    I spoke to Jeff directly.

Departing Limbunya Station heading South for the infamous Tanami Track, we had a true Outback Camp on the outskirts of Suplejack Station which boasted an awesome nighttime atmosphere with campfires and starry skies, but a sunrise that was truly outstanding! A few big days with long kms, riders also visited the aboriginal communities of Kalkarindji, Lajamanu and Yuendumu, before finally rolling into Tilmouth Well Ro...adhouse for a great night of reminiscing over Rallye memories before we head into Alice Springs for our final Day 7 tomorrow!

Bikes now pulling in to Alice. Big smiles and happy to finish. This was a true Outback Experience. The guys seem to be satisfied with everything involved. They now have a better appreciation for the behind the scenes work involved. Everyone in swags, having to pack up and load their own swags, wash their own dishes and have millions of acres of outside toilets! Lots of food and beer. Able to ride with Chris Birch and Dan Milner was a real treat for the guys. Sounds like an Adventure to me. Not sure why Richo pulled the plug?
