The infamous KracKer
Don't remember if I posted or not, but I'll be at Highland Park this saturday with a few friends for part of the day. I'll be on the 950 so if anyone wants to come out and ride big bikes, let me know. planning on riding the Alta while I'm there as well. The wave of the future.. :)
Who's riding the KDX?
Dunno. It’s a 250 cause I asked. Fwiw.
Meanwhile currently.. note unknown fire off on the distance.
A little birdie told me...
Keep the March 3rd date open...
Straight up enduro trails, not a lot of pavement.
Great chow for purchase at the lunch break.
Did this one last year and had a great time...
Flyer not out yet, but I'll be sure to let ya know!
I sure could go for that kind of scenery.
That’s a powerline about mile from the house. Fun easy steep climb..that dead ends at a cliff.. Only 1/2mile long, but fun and obviously a good view.
The colder months it really pays to live near such stuff. Since the “warmth window” mid day is so small (2-3ish hours maybe?) theres little time left for getting to it.
The KDX is a 200 or 220. Good bikes.
I think to have that view 1MI from your house.... you already know you are doing things well. Why must we trudge through stoplights in metro ATL when you can live there!
I asked him if it was a 200. He said it was a 250. I said I bet you get that a lot. He laughed and said he does.
The trick up here, is making a decent living. Plus I have no support structure here. Neither good friends or family nearby. Their all down in that hell called metro Atlanta lol
Nope..just an ex wife.
Could I Live there - I know right.
You need roommate?
Or a new best friend?
Or a piece-O-shit brother-in-law that takes over the sofa?
........ that rides a dirt bike.
( thats - A friend.....Not a "Cousin".....
just a friend )
I dont have any family here. A few friends. Its a bummer but I dont believe that you need to live your life where your family lives.
You are 2 hours from your people though so I dont really feel for ya.
With ya on the family thing.
Way I look at it.. I’ll be 80yrs old in 21 short years. I’m grabbing the gold rings and running with them while I still can. Life is waaaay too short not to.
How you feel about being start up manager for a dirt bikers flop house?
And do you have rv hook ups in your yard?
And how many additional do you want installed?
I have seen the magnificent pictures in the full color brochure you have been submitting and i think you got A real winner there.
ohhhhhhh. Good birdie. Sandlapper is fun stuff. Even better when wet! So good time of the year to do it considering spring showers. i remember one year it was so wet trucks and RVs were sliding sideways on the rather FLAT campground. People were leaving before the start of the race in droves. I was on row 8 so I knew it wouldn't be sloppy up front and man was it awesome. We call it superhero dirt. Wet sand can be the best traction for dirtbikes.
I believe that's Supercross weekend in Atlanta. At the new stadium too so my white ass will be here.
Between supercross and scouting for upcoming turkey season I'll probably skip this one.
Last night I tried to get my wife to go out of town with her friends for her birthday the weekend of Broxton Bridge but she was not interested
Buildzall got me all buttoned up tonight tubless installed....... Thanks for the assistance and lessons....

Tubeless is actually pretty easy,
As for that triple tough carcass tire...
Good times were had.
I might be at HP this Sunday and Monday. Bringing my bud from Maine to ride all the singletrack. Jus saying.
