    He's obviously a shrewd builder by accepting that the customer is always right, even if they've got poor taste, as long as they've got plenty of money.

    Never seen so much plastic on a house, styrofoam against pillars etc, if the temp hit 50 Celsius that place would melt and flow down the hill.

    I was amazed at how many ride around without helmets and dressed in nothing more than light weight board shorts.

    I was passed a few times on the freeway by guys doing 60 MPH + all while holding on to their reversed baseball hats - yeah, right, that'll sure make a difference if it turns to shit. :eek7
