I have some errands to run today so riding will wait for the weather to arrive tomorrow. It is overcast and cooling off. I've not ventured out to feel for myself. I'll load up the racks on the car and head off a little later.
Weather types are saying rain tomorrow afternoon thru Wednesday. More over the weekend and into next week.
I have to build some cabinets anyway. Bad weather will force me to plan and buy and cut and glue.

Downside of yesterday was getting sidetracked and forgetting about the bicycle maintenance.
The upside was finding and solving the sleeper sofa problem for less than the price of a hand braised Italian frame.

I'd love for the weather guessers to be dead wrong on this, and weds morning I wake up to blue skies and chirping birds.

So far: biggest snowstorm EVAR! Nothing here. :nah

2ish hrs with my neighbor. Its 'fun' trying to keep up with a guy on a geared bike on a SSCX. I was spinning like a hamster on a wheel.

    Those poseurs! No bikes?! WTF?!

    :augie

I'm down to 15, with plans for 3 more before fall

If I could move 3 bikes: gravel, SSCX, fixed gear I'd buy a Trek Crockett and save some room in the garaqe.

I need to do some of that in some of the trails I've been making locally... time to fire up the chainsaw.

Last errand was a serial killer.
Costco then home for racks and off to a remodel to pick up used doors.
    Seven.
    Loaded, transported, unloaded.
    Back was done.
Got home, pulled the racks off, put everything away.
Lois and I got dinner together.
Watched the latest LPR R2P episode streamed to the AppleTV.
    Always inspiring.
Some art finally up on some walls, more plans on where and what.

Probably going to order a new knobbie or two.
Big, fat rain drops as I unloaded the doors. Then nothing. Cold and overcast, clouds down on the floor.
Spring break is evident by the increase in traffic, mostly lost people who may or may not actually execute that turn they just began. Could be a U-turn.
You just never know this time of year, here.

Tomorrow is probably a wet day I'll burn up with some messing around with nailing photos to walls.
Might even get that Roubaix serviced.

Supposed to rain some more and some more again.
We need it. Sorry for the Spring breakers who thought this would be warm and dry. Maybe Baja folks?

There was a rant that may have dribbled off into a blog, we'll have to wait for coffee and the sun to know for sure. Might have just been a cleanse.

    Good night nerds.

I would draw the line at the point when the tires dry rot before you can wear them out. Which reminds me,I need to sell 2 KTMs. I hope they start.

When certain bikes sit so much they don't get used, it's time for some of them to go. If you manage to ride all 15 bikes enough to justify them (hence my dry rotted tires statement), more power to you.:beer :thumb I get by on 3, but only 1 bike gets ridden more than twice a month. Cleaning out my garage last week (thanks leaky water heater)really drove this point home.:nod

Oops. Street plated 2005 525MXC, street plated 2006 450EXC, and a 2013 690R. Oh, and a Kymco 125 Agility scooter. I haven't ridden any of them in a year or so. Too busy cycling.

That Cutthroat looks like fun,I saw one at the LBS several months back. I've been thinking about a 650b Rove with the fatish tires.I don't really want an aluminum bike, and I don't want to spend the big $$ for the Reynolds 853 frame,So That's probably not going to happen,I'm with @fullmonte on the "if you can't wear tires out before they dry rot" you've got too many bikes. it's fun :tb over bikes ,but for my me at least that's all i'm going to do. I ride a" favorite for now" for awhile then it's the other bike that's gets some attention.

I was just thinking the same thing about the 450EXC.

As long as he's willing to trade a bike for a bike, I've got room for the 3rd

    No cash, tho
