The 2nd is out for me. I do work some evenings on the weekends but that's not until 7pm.
Was thinking about Mexican this time.
    Anyone else looking at dinner?

I head over that way frequently from Raleigh and ride those country roads. Occasionally ride the dirt ones. Good diner in snow camp and Pittsboro.

Hey guys, my son's bike spent the winter with me here in NC. Weather getting better in Connecticut (he is in the Navy there) and he is looking at getting back on the bike.
Is anyone making a trip to the northeast or know someone that is, that would be willing to take a bike and riding gear north? (for fuel compensation of course)?
Last time he used a commercial shipper and we were not thrilled with how the whole thing went.

    Ray,

I hope you find someone to ride it. I am thinking, if you do post also in the North East forum, who knows, it might elicit some helpful reply. Else for shippers, there are some that partake in a bidding, such as when you buy bikes via Cycletrader, worth a try.

I told Carter he needs to just store it up there. the last time he had to ship it it took him a month to get one there by using the regular shipper
If he had to leave built up I told him he could just fly down on a Friday and ride it back but he wasn't keen on the idea of taking more leave

I'm in the northeast Randolph county area. Great riding around here and your neighborhood also.

I'm going to aim to get there shortly after 1, then shave my head around 2.
    That's the plan at least
