Customer John just spent three weeks wending his way across the USA and Canada from his home in Vermont on his Kawasaki Versys 300, doing a mix of camping and hoteling with his Great Basin Saddlebag. He visited our GL ADV Shop in Bend just to say hello and thank us for making great products. Thank you John for choosing Giant Loop for your adventures! Safe travels friend!

Thank you Garth for stopping by the GL ADV Shop today to share stories and photos from your ride to the corner marker where Oregon, Idaho and Nevada meet (aka The Middle of Nowhere)! Garth packed everything for his four-day high desert dual sport romp into Siskiyou Panniers supported with a side luggage rack on his trusty Honda XR650L.

Out enjoying a set of mototrek pan years that I have converted for rackless usage on the KTM 500.

Camping gear, cooking gear, food, tools, water filter, spares and an extra 3 liters of water all kept within the Moto Trek panniers.[IMG][IMG][IMG]

Just making something I've always wanted, 20L waterproof, rackless saddlebags. So far they've performed reliably. I'd love to se GL make something like, this from the ground up.

From customer Steve: “Go light, go fast, go far is a load of crap once my wife figured out she could pack 90 liters of stuff!!! Lol We absolutely love these bags and after a 1000 mile trip with enough camping gear and clothes for two people, we can’t say enough about them. We had everything we needed to be comfortable.”

WHY I PREFER THE GIANT LOOP KLAMATH TAIL RACK PACK
By Paul Strubell of Dirt Orca’s – 6/8/18

    https://dirtorcas.com/why-i-prefer-the-giant-loop-klamath-tail-rack-pack/

"If I have one complaint about the Klamath Tail Rack Pack, it would be that it is slightly too small to carry a 6 pack. This problem is easily avoided by drinking one of them while you pack up the other 5 securely inside. With a reduced price point in 2018, I think you’ll be very happy to have this for your trip round the world or just as a tidy way secure a few essential items around town."

We love all things on two wheels! Long before we could legally ride motorcycles on the streets, we were touring on our bicycles as kids. These early experiences inform our approach to packing and product development to this day: Go light, go fast, go far! Here’s Mrs. Giant Loop’s commuter e-bike set up with a Rogue Dry Bag (converts to waterproof backpack) and Zigzag Handle Bar Bag, secured to cargo rack with 32” XL Pronghorn Straps, and GL’s Waterproof MotoTrekk Panniers mounted on the sides. Room for laptop, change of clothes, shoes and much more for commuting, and capacity for full touring and camping gear for ultralight packers. MotoTrekk Panniers are 20% off during July - available in our GL ADV Shop in Bend and online at http:/:giantloopmoto.com

They're back! By request, we produced one final batch of our Buckin' Roll Tank Bag - the smallest, trimmest of our tank bags. Designed specifically for steep seat fronts and tall fuel fills, the Buckin' Roll Mount just behind the gas cap, providing room for spare goggles, gloves, camera or other small essentals, with 2 included Pannier Pockets wrapping around the shrouds for another 4 liters of easy-access storage. Pannier Pockets and Center Pouch can be mounted independently, making three different configurations for varying packing needs. JUST 10 IN STOCK!

Beautiful photos and article in Canada's MOTORCYCLE MOJO MAGAZINE about the travels of Jason Spafford and Lisa Morris - aka Two Wheeled Nomad! Giant Loop started working with these adventurers last year, when they contacted us about helping lighten up their luggage set ups after growing weary of picking up excessively heavy bikes. Go light. Go fast. Go far.
