Just bought this, will install it next week. Dealer says that for some reason it doesn't show up on KTM's PowerParts site, but can be ordered if you know the PN.
Definitely not as classy as RAD or R&G, but:
    -- very light;
    -- very cheap: 10,90EUR, that's less than 15 dollars.

In the first link posted above it says that for the non-R version there are some additional bits needed for mounting (use Google Translate). Has to do with the absence of crashbars.

I found that part # here in English as well : http://www.absmotorcycles.com.au/partFinder/fiche/25433/M.1076745 , but there is a * by it with no explanation of what the * is for.. and the price doubled up to $27 bucks.. and if you do need # 15 on the list (mounting plate cooler bottom) its another $32 bucks..
Did you have your dealer order it? Please let us know if 15 bucks really gets you a nice cheap protecter (we can always spray paint it a metallic orange!).
Thanks for the heads up on the part #.

It was ordered by the dealer, in Germany. It cost 10.90 EUR (you can see it at the very first link in my post, above the photos.
It's supposed to work as-is on the R but you need some more stuff to mount it on the standard.

    Hello !
What do you mean more stuff to mount it on the standard ? I am thinking to order it.

    Thank you

    Edit:

    They are listed there:
    - 60307018000 Ausgleichschlauch Tank = 20 Euro
    - 60307016010 Hitzeschutz (für Schlauch) = 5 euro
    - 60307037000 Drahtbügel für Kraftstoffschlauch = 5 euro

Are those all needed ? Sounds like puzzle to me just to mount it.

As i see i have the 60307018000 Ausgleichschlauch Tank . It is the tube that goes under the tank and connects both edges.

    The rest i don't know.

the guard does not fit the S version without some sort of extra help re mounting. At least that is how I saw it after trying a million ways to Sunday to attempt a fit. May someone else may see how its to go on. I can not.

The bottom tab sticking forward from the guard with the two mounting holes is simply too short- doesn't reach far enough back past the fuel line between to match up with the holes the screws are to go into to fix it in place. Can't see how any part would help except lengthening the tab with the mounting holes in some ways ..and even then there are " issues " . .
I am looking at a DIY for that..if possible. I did a dirty fix ..and have the guard on but am going for a more permanent one.
The guard is actually not bad at all re strength and construction .

It does appear that it comes on the 1290SA, so maybe SA crash bars have the same geometry in that area?

Is there a good way to put a 1/4" mesh hardware cloth (wire mesh) layer on the front or back of this plastic piece? At least one inmate had a rock trapped behind this guard against the radiator. I don't care about looks, just function.

So does this look like something that'll work for on an 1190S with the factory crash bars?

Because it is not a Power Part, it is a Spare Part (#30) for 2015 Adventures

Closer look revealed why 2015 Adv S does not come standard with this radiator guard (damn...).

And it has nothing to do with the crash bars... The hose between left and right fuel "tanks" is routed differently. On 2015 1190 Adv R and 1290 SA the hose goes behind the exhaust pipe exposing the lower radiator mount where on 2015 1190 Adv S it is in front of the radiator and covered by plastic bracket.
