    hmm, looks like it will need vehicle power to be used any amount of time in the bike. at $199, this might just take off, or at least be a big thorn in the side of other recently introduced units?

    Not waterproof. From my limited examination, it's not that much different than the old Nuvi series except that you can use an SD card.

    Until it can stream music, access internet via wi-fi, has a calculator (fuel mileage), and allow the installation for an endless amount of apps, I will never see how a stand alone GPS will be better than a phone.

    You know if someone could come up out with a an Andriod device with a big ass screen, stock OE, big battery, powered mount, hardware buttons and IP68 I'd be all over it.

    ....Until then I'll keep adapting phones.
