^ good to see you're on your knees and praying to the dog of dirtbikes this fine Sunday morning , I am going for a pedal on my MTB around the Lake . Smooth paths only , nah feck it , I can put up with a little discomfort to get some dirty fun in .
I was actually sitting on the ground against a tree eating strawberries and cream.. such is the level of worry for a Yamaha rider.
No need to pray when you're already in heaven
Just back from an overnighter to Frying Pan. Busy, but not as bad as anticipated.
A little trip over the mountains to Hampton pub and home via the bush.
Its good to see the hunter thread coming to life and people getting out.
Back from 4 weeks in Blighty. How green is it over there! Bit of a shock coming back here and seeing everything brown and crisp. No more water added to my tanks. First time in 5 years I will have to transfer from another tank.
Wales was full of 1200GS Beemers and was very jealous. Hopefully will get a ride in before things heat up. Back to work tomorrow but will be doing 6 day weeks until the end of November so any ride will be a sunday only.
Maybe a Hunter group ride at some stage over the next month or two for people to put a face to an avatar?
Short 2 day loop from Newcastle to Gloucester and than to rocks crossing reserve for the night. Than into Nowendoc via Nowendoc Rd and back to Gloucester and home via upper monkerai.
Great stuff mate.
Well, after selling the Beemer and having the trailie pinched decided to keep it cheap and simple for the time being.
Picked this up today.
^ Grand dad's axe . Will do everything without being great at anything . Some love 'em , some think they are boring . Only way to find out which camp you are in is to own one .
Exactly my sentiments mate. We'll soon see
So took the DR for a lap to see how we get along.
Yarramalong, Murray's Run to Laguna for breaky then over Yengo, Commision to Jerry's Plains for a beer then slab to Laguna and home via Watoes.
All in all I reckon she'll do the trick. It's no weapon but it's enjoyable.
Is there any interest in a meet and greet ride?
Im sure we could work out a loop or a ride for central coast and newie crew to perhaps meet centrally for a weekend ride?
I'm keen to ride somewhere new now I've got a bike with decent range.
