Leaving from Manitoba around August 2nd: Manitoba - Labrador - St-Johns - Cabot Trail. I need to be in Chester NS around Aug 11th... that's 650-800 km / day! Tenting rain or shine :bash I have some family meet ups in Chester NS and Tremblant QC. Other than that, it's riding time! :)

I hear the Labrador highway is paved a little more every summer. What's everyone choosing for tires?

I have a lot of places to see, not a ton of time! :)

I usually end up places a little sooner than what Furkot predicts. I don't waste time at fuel stops but do stop for photos here and there. Riding about 10% over the speed limit makes up for those extra stops.

I'll be starting out on May 28. Spending a week getting to Newfoundland, 2 weeks on the Rock, then another week going home. I'll be starting in Northern Michigan and taking the TransCanadian to Ottawa area.

Great if I had some company.

Sorry - the trip or the contest??

    Jeff - Sno Dawg

    Our trip:
We are going on the trip mid-summer. My wife and I guide canoe trips in Temagami and have one trip in early summer and we are leaving as soon as we get home.

    The contest:
The contest was from the end of February through March 22. We heard about it late and rushed to get this video together and our detailed application in on time. I thought we would hear right away, but Tepui got a ton of applications and I emailed them yesterday and they said it would be until the end of the month. There will be 10 winners and from them 5 Grand Prize winners. My wife, dog and I do a lot of traveling and use our roof top tent a ton so we would be good ambassadors for Tepui in the north woods of Canada. I hope you enjoyed our video!

    Thanks Maggot12
My wife and I spend a lot of our free time in Canada as well as working in Northern Ontario during summers for the past 20 years. We have found Canada and its citizens to be incredibly welcoming and kind. Although we love to explore the remote places, we also enjoy a chip stand and some great poutine. Our pace on this trip will be slow so we can take the time to absorb the beauty and silence.
