    I would like to join!
I'm on a DRZ400, getting back to riding after 17 years (but looks like I still remember a few tricks... rode there the last two weekends).
I don't have all protection gear yet, but eager to explore new territory.
I have to see if the wife will feel better... but I can PM you in the morning regarding my availability and if I'm not at Atsion ranger station at 9:30 don't wait.

Sounds good. Much love for the drz. We are in our 40s. We run with boots and chest protector, usually reserve more protection for rocky rides. I'll check back here in the morning.

    Thank you Mark and Kevin!
    It was awesome!
My body ache and even though I replaced the bike with a lawn mower (weekend chores), I can't wipe the smile off my face (neighbors are staring on the weird guy mowing and smiling...).
    See you next time.

Mind if I ask a question here? You mention yielding to hunters and not riding particular roads. How do you know when/where it's ok to ride without bothering them? Just experience?

Traditionally, Saturday is "hunters" day - mainly during fall and winter. So people usually don't ride on Saturday and instead
ride on Sunday's. Also, if you see a group of pick-ups/cars in the woods or a single pick-up/car in an isolated place, it
usually means hunters are around. Also look out for pink/yellow/blue ribbons on trees, these are used by hunters
    to mark their spot trail.

IF you see hunters, slow down, be courteous, wave, and slowly ride in a different direction.

Once you ride PBarrens enough, you will know where the hunters hang out. E.g. North Brendan Byrne around Pakin
Pond is a favorite gathering spot, Mt Misery Road is another favourite. Any of the WMA areas - Colliers Mills is the most
    populated.

99% of the time, the hunters are fine but you always get one who thinks he owns the forest. In this case, wave and move
on - don't be tempted into a confrontation - they have the guns !!!

You can ride the legal roads any day that you want. If you're close to any state campsites, you're probably not close to any hunters.

Most hunters/clubs have their usual spots and park close to it. If there are trucks parked in the middle of nowhere, take it easy for them.

Maps should be available at the Atsion station if you don't know the roads.

    edit: Gerry is spot on
