It's against the rules to link to your Craiglist ad.
Read the first post...I think. Thems the rules.
We've been pretty relaxed about them in this thread, but we just recently had a nack and forth about them a couple weeks ago.
I deleted yesterday's post because it was illegal, but I'd still like to see this bike go to someone in this community
2006 Buell Ulysses XB12x. Clean Colorado title. 32500 miles. Runs great. $3500.
Includes factory service manual, maintenance records, stock bars and handguards (lower Pro-Taper moto-style bars currently installed), Buell tank bag, and factory clamshell hardbags (sides only, no top)
It has a little bit of cosmetic damage on the left side from a tipover (chipped wind deflector, scuffed frame slider, scuffed front turn signal housing, scuff on the luggage case), but is straight.
That is really tempting, but I'm saving up for a new touring bike and don't need to blow my money...... but it is tempting. Good luck with the sale.
Which Arai is the XL? Is shipping included in the price? Is it a modular helmet? Does it have the flip down sun shield?
Does it have the comfort kit installed? Tall or short seat?
It's time for me to thin the herd a bit. I really never ride the road anymore because I too many other stupid things going on. First up is this 2006 KTM 950 Adventure S. I bought this bike off of Zgfiredude last year and put right around 1000 miles on it. The total mileage is ~10,000. Zgfiredude put every damn farkle available on the thing so it's really setup and ready to go. I wish the post from when I bought it was still available because it had a comprehensive list.. and I just barely remember what all is on it... Here's what I can remember:
Seat Concepts Seat
One of those bright LED headlights with the fan
The quick access air box thing from Wolf Components
Like new heidenau's
dual front brake line kit (instead of the one that runs from one caliper to the other)
HDB handguards, mirrors, and top clamp
Wired for accessories
stainless reusable oil screen
SAS block offs
fuel caps modified to prevent vapor lock
fuel pump rebuilt or replaced with one that won't break
I put Slaven's racing springs in it and new fork seals/oil and the rear luggage rack has a rotopax mount on it and a 1.5 or 2 gallon rotopax container (can't remember which)..
Not pictured are factory KTM saddlebags, the stock seat, and a plastic bin full of spare parts. There's a spare fuel pump, the high fender kit, some extra wind screens, and probably other stuff that I can't remember.
This bike is clean and ready to rock.. it should go to an inmate that will actually use it.
Bumpity: Price drop, want to sell this great sport-tourer ASAP...
Lowered price. Below KBB now
Stock exhaust is back on.
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
Price drop to $3500
it's pretty tall; I assume it's the standard stock seat. I think it's very comfortable, but it is tall.
Are you trying to get me divorced? I told my wife I'll have to get another KTM if this doesn't sell and she did not look happy...
Make me an offer, would like to get this out of the garage.
