Hi. I’ve tried searching the forum but found no answer. I hate having to stop and push through the menus to disable mtc and rear abs. I see a few companies offer cruise control for 1190 Adventure R. I would assume they could also tweak the electronics for engaging a favourite set of modes, e.g “Sport, MTC off and abs rear off” in a favourite menu, preferably on the go.
Is there a possibility for this? Would be a more attractive option to me than cruise control (or in a package of both) - so maybe there is a market and perhaps an offering already?

Of course. But I would like to avoid stopping to change - as I like the electronics on road.

Not sure if hilltop racing UK can do something with a reflash...

I know the can get right in to ecu, but not sure about the computer settings side of things.....i suspect they cant

I'd love to be able to do my 1290 on the move to....mtc can be done if moving fast out of gear and in neutral I think...

Be very care ful trying tho

    I understand what you need:

You need some "button" or easy to use control to switch modes without stopping. Right?

Sadly, there is no product I've ever heard of which would do this. Not yet, at least! If you ever find it, let me know!

Setting them in favorites isn't what you are asking for, but probably easiest.

The bike is a non-current model, and going forward the TFT screens will find their way onto more an more bikes. LCD screen are old tech. I can't see someone spending the time to try and crack KTM's software, then create the code for a mod. As the software is proprietary, I would also think it would be a no-go.

Thanks for all your replies. I suspected there is no such mod to the electronics. But would be a nice feature, just add rear abs for road and disable for gravel. There is probably some kind of security reason, but wish KTM would have built it in for fast change on the go. I’ve got a gravel 0-60 time of around 1 min 3 seconds now... (first time of course)
