Ordered a new Seat Concepts seat for the G650 GS. The OEM seat numbs my ass after about 50 miles. Worse than any of the many motorcycles I have owned...even my 40 year old Triumphs! I sure hope this new seat is better!!!! Any opinions????

Have one on my '14 F800GS. Much better than stock, but not "soft" either; best description is "firm." I can do 3-4 hours easy without a break. About two hours was the max on the stocker before my ass went numb. YMMV.

Thanks! I want something I can ride for hours without fault. I have a Mustang seat on my HD, and I have ridden over 800 miles in one day with no numbness or issues. Hoping I will get that out of this new seat!

I’ve had them on three different bikes, dual sports, and they are night and day better. I’m planning on getting a GS in the near future and will probably order front and rear seats before I even get the bike.

Love mine on my plated CRF230f. The stock seat was horrid for long distances.

I have to admit it took getting used to. Now I have no problems with it.

I am on a facebook forum of approximately 5,000 dual sport riders in my area and a lot of them have Seat Concepts seats on their bikes. They all are VERY happy with them.

I've had a SC seat on my GSA for four years and it still works and looks great. No seam problems or vinyl rips. Foam hasn't broken down.

Got my SC seat....finally and it went on the bike like it was factory made. I do have an issue with the UPS shipping...I paid for expedited shipping, but UPS sent it ground, so it would not get to me before my trip. SoloMoto put in a request to change delivery address, and it was accepted on 1 March. but UPS still shipped it all the way to Florida and then back up to me in N. Ga. Funny that it actually had a stop in Doraville, GA. the day after I arrived in N. Ga...70 miles away...but UPS could not figure that out...days after they had the corrected address! I could ride my bike to Cali and back faster than UPS can get something delivered.

I put a seat concepts on my Husky TE630, it really helped on the IDBDR where we were doing 8-10 hr, 200 mile days. I might consider putting an Air Hawk on the seat concepts for the UTBDR this fall. If you are on a great ride the last think on your mind should be the seat, don't let it ruin the ride!

I put the 1" taller one piece unit on my 1190. This setup is highly functional and comfortable for the most part. For regular longer distance riding, I would get it slightly reshaped to flatten the top. It is good quality and a big improvement over stock.

one on my WR and one on my F8GS. They are both huge improvements over stock. Not Russell Day Long good but way better than stock. I'm good for 500 miles on my GS with the SC saddle.

Well I got my SC seat on the G650 and got in a ride yesterday on forest service roads in NC. The difference was noticeable, and so far I am impressed.

I just put a "tall" package, foam and cover, on my OEM seat pan. 2015 F800GS. Big improvements both in comfort and ergonomics.

Just ordered one for my Husky TE450, gotta be better than the stock torture seat! Now to figure out how I'll haul more fuel and then get out for some longer rides.

I've got a "2 up SC" on my 990 KTM and I can't say enough good about the quality and comfort. Great bang for the buck

Seat Concepts on my Husky TE630 makes for better ride than stock but, still not perfect. I'm thinking of adding an AirHawk to it for the UTBDR this Sept.

Do you love that seat concepts seat on the GS? Did you install the foam yourself or send it into them? I may go for that one.
