Because . . . they're not Motorhomes and they're not the light/little campers Jurgen's looking for. And, yes, some of us (:y0!guilty :shog) have been dirtying up the Motorhome Addiction thread. So let's put the "not tiny" and "not a motorhome" stuff here.

So, what do you have or what are you looking for?

If you're really a 4-season camper you may find this one interesting. No slides, all fiberglass and just enough room.

If you found that short video interesting, here's a longer one that shows the construction and not just the floor plan.

I like this one. The units that interest me the most are ones that could be pulled with a 1/2 ton.

I got turned on to the Minnie TTs in the Motorhome thread by bross. I've got to admit that they're growing on me.

As the subject has temporarily shifted to fiberglass trailers, I'll drop this in. I pass this place several times a year. Seems to be a nicely thought out product at around $20K. If that rear door was just slightly wider, it could be a nice bike hauler/camper combo.

Looks like folks enjoyed posting their campers in the Motorhome thread better.

Takes a little while to find it.

But, we miss all the arguments over trailer vs MH :D

Nice, but I'd like to see a murphy bed vs the real bed and 1/2 wall removed. Can probably cut a ft off the total length. The slide looks deep and not sure what can be accessed with it in.

I have 30ft from the garage door to the sidewalk.

Because RV/TT/Camper/Whatever are depreciation monsters, we wanted to pay low. Something simple, with no slide.

There was nothing of interest in the used market. At least without water damage, at a right price and of the right size...everyone around seems to think that bigger is better.

We wanted something on the small side because, for us, "camping" = being outside. And also because I have a baby pick-up truck (Ranger 2011). But even with a full size, I'd have bought a small TT anyway. It's something like 2850lbs dry for the record.

We had our must have list though. A teardrop or the like wasn't going to cut it. Lengthways bed, a bathroom, LPG fridge and heater and a place to sit when the weather gets bad. All those are minimalist in this TT but we wanted a minimum.

So...the smallest/lightest/cheapest TT with all the amenities and specifications we wanted was this Jayco.

And I can keep it inside in the winter!

If it was just me, something that size would work. But I've shown similar floor plans to SWMBO and was told nyet. I don't think she wants much bigger, but a little. Probably in the 24' range - big enough to have a couch in addition to the dinette and a full fridge instead of just one under the counter. We'll see what happens if we ever come up with the $$ to get one.
