So...who's soaking their butts in hot water tonight?
Tomorrow night. Just got the proper 10g cable and it is heating as we speak.
I'm just about to go use my new one!!!! After 50 miles on the dirt bike today, I need it.
Tomorrow I’ll have brewsday in Brooklyn. BUT, look what’s opening one block from my office!
Well good morning on this fine Tuesday. some insulation work in the attic, then brews and I hope to see ya all.
Happy Brewsday, we might see some snow at the rim tonight.....
11 days till I fly to New Orleans!!!!
It’s really cold here and everyone sounds like Rick. Cheers my friends!
Edit: I found a neighborhood bar with, get this, a half moon banco that is actually a giant heat register. Oh, the cushy bliss.
Made it back to TorC safe and sound. The washer and drier are safely in the garage. It was 70 degrees when I got here. I'm drinking to that. The house is officially on the market. The amount of cleaning and scrubbing that went on there the past few days is mind boggling. It looks great though.
I'll be back in a couple weeks to hopefully get the rest of my shit out of there and then I can go to Texas. Even warmer there...
But for now I think I need to collapse for a day or two. I am worn out.
Happy Brewsday kids!
Snowy day at the rim, yes it's purty but the more time I spend in the snow the less I like it....
I have slightly modified my grand master plan, If all goes as it is going I hope to join the ranks of the retired in mid to late 2019, I had no clue how much money I used to spend on eating out and grocery shopping until I got the free meal card here, now all that dinero I used to spend is paying down debt and its cutting thru it pretty good
Need to get start getting serious about finding a place in ToC.......
No snow here today. Just a little shower this morning. You're gonna love it...
So I’ve stopped for a beer in Stratford, Connecticut at a place called Two Roads Brewery. You guys would love this place. It’s in an old brick building and has a slew of the largest brewing tanks I’ve ever seen in person. The tap room has a local feel. Four IPAs on the menu, ranging from 4.8 to 8.2 abv (one of which I actually like!) A bunch of other stuff, too. Might have to get a room.
Already had an offer on my house. I don't consider it a serious offer though. Just some guy trying to lowball me. But it's already had four showings. People keep commenting on how clean it is.
The pictures looked great (saw it on Zillow).
Hey, Captn. we will be in Sedona this weekend if you want to come down for a drink or dinner!
Aww crap, its the one weekend I cant leave the rim, Im on 24 hr call. Only happens once every 3 months and this is my weekend
I hear Sedona is going to be packed, come on up here
LOL, oh well we will see you for spring break with Wyatt
Dave - the best dive bar in Sedona is PJ's in Oak Creek. Wonderful local's place. For a great dinner, go to Mariposa on the way to West Sedona, awesome food! Strong recommendation. The brewery in Tlaquepaque is also very good. The Silver Saddle (Cowboy Club) uptown is always great, we always eat at the bar. If you have the time for a drink in Flag, let me know! Happy Birthday!
He found it.
Never any doubt in my mind that he would find a bar...
great minds and all that...
