Are calendars like air pressure gauges? If you have more than one will you ever really know what day it is?
I'm going to miss the moto-show festivities. :(

The motorcycle show truly sucks this year. No Yamaha, Ktm, Ducati, Triumph, Husqvarna or Moto Guzzi. I should have checked before I went, I was hoping they would have the Tenere 700 there. :dirtdog

It really isn't the same without the Ducati models.

Well no, there's garbage day and you don't want to screw up garbage day. Six saturdays and garbage day, I can do this.

There are also 6 small newspaper days and 1 big paper day. This is for old guys, and I suspect some younger guys won't get it.

I just need to get out of the house. I'll use the $4 discount code and park in front of Market BBQ. I want to see the Kawasaki H2 SX.

FYI check out this the next few days around town...

The Chicago show seems like a great idea, but after paying $19 dollars to park 3 hours on the street, not so sure.

The H2 SX is pretty incredible, but the Z900RS in root beer brown / orange parked next to its namesake stole that booth for me.

And I still want a VersysX 300 for bombing around town.

The motorcycle industry is down. Hell even HD ran a apparel commercial on TV before xmas. These shows cost tons of money. Triumph stopped years ago and put their money into demo rides. I would rather they add more demo rides and events at the dealers.

I just bought a new KTM 1290 S at Moon now I have to wait to ride it. Maybe it will be an early spring in the Ozarks.. IMG_3635.jpg 20171222_161259.jpg

    :clap

That's one bad ass KTM, like a super duper supermoto. I didn't know they were coming to the USA.

Didja get a discount on it? I want one too but $18k is out of my range.

No discount really 17,999 plus the usual add ons tax frieght blah blah. I was going to get a Super duke GT and came across this model in Europe bound for the US market. I was amazed at what it had for brakes suspension traction control and TFT screen. The almost 170hp doesn't hurt either.

I talked with Kyle at Moon and he had ordered four of them two black and two orange. Mine came in first last Thursday. I can't wait to hit hwy 7 in Jasper Arkansas in the spring...

Moon said on FB the black ones were sold before they hit the floor. That TFT is damn cool too. The 1090 doesn't have it.

I took a 1090 ADV @ Moon on a demo ride this spring. That was fun.

Larson's has one for sale too. And they have a GT for $15.3k.

I have been to Jasper AR too on my SV. :D

Thinking about a trip to the Ozarks later in '18. Do you have a list of must ride roads? Would love to have the info as I am creating the route.
