The COVID-19 pandemic is undoubtedly changing the way companies do business. Social distancing has become the means to stay healthy. If companies wish to survive during the pandemic, they will have to adapt. And, Indian Motorcycles is announcing that it is doing just that with its Click. Deliver. Ride program.
The American motorcycle manufacturer is announcing its Click.Deliver.Ride. program, which allows motorcyclists to purchase an Indian motorcycle without leaving their homes. Although riders have had the ability to search for their desired model and customize it to their preference, they can now work with their local dealer either online or via telephone to complete their purchase. Once the purchase is complete, the dealer will then deliver your new machine to your home.
Indian says that in the same way that Click.Deliver.Ride. program is providing its customers with convenience; it is also adding value to its network of dealers. Indian recognizes that dealers play a crucial role in their local communities and economies. And, supporting its customers and dealers will help everyone navigate through the pandemic.
Mike Dougherty, Indian Motorcycle’s President, had this to say:
“Over the last month, we’ve all had to adjust to a new way of life and have had to alter the ways in which we conduct our business. Our hope is that Click.Deliver.Ride. will help bring peace of mind to both our loyal customers and our network of dealers.”
Indian’s Click. Deliver. Ride program is available for a limited time at participating dealers based upon applicable laws and is subject to change. If you’d like to know more about Click. Deliver. Ride. you can visit Indian’s dedicated website.
