Suzuki is announcing its remaining 2021 motorcycle lineup. For the most part, the differences between its 2020 and 2021 models are of the “bold new graphics” variety. Other than new paint schemes, Suzuki’s remaining bikes see little change.
The 2021 GSX-R1000 is now available in a new Metallic Matte Black No.2 paint scheme with black graphics and wheels. MSRP is set at $15,799.
The 2021 GSX-R600 comes with a Pearl Brilliant White paint scheme and includes graphics unique to the GSX-R600. MSRP is $11,449.
The 2021 GSX250R ABS comes in your choice of a new two-tone Pearl Glacier White No. 2 or a Pearl Nebular Black paint scheme. MSRP is $4,949.
Suzuki’s SV650 has been around since 1999. There are rumors that Suzuki is working on a revised version of this iconic machine. But for the model year 2021, the SV650 ABS comes in Pearl Brilliant White and Glass Sparkle Black. The bike’s frame and wheels have a coat of red metallic paint to add a little extra spice. MSRP is $7,699.
Suzuki’s DR650S is the company’s single-cylinder solution for dual-sport riding. The bike is once again unchanged save for some new paint and graphics. The 2021 model comes with a new Solid Special White No. 2 bodywork along with “distinctive blue and black graphics.” We don’t know how long this old-style dual-sport machine will be around due to heightened emission regulations. So if a new DR650S is on your shopping list, you may want to dive into your wallet and break out some cash. MSRP is set $6,799.
Suzuki’s V-Strom 650 arrives this year with Candy Daring Red paint and some unspecified DR-Big styling attributes. MSRP is $8,849.
Suzuki’s Boulevard M109R B.O.S.S. comes with a couple of new two-tone paint schemes. The first is Candy Daring Red and Glass Sparkle Black. The second available paint scheme includes a Metallic Triton Blue and Glass Sparkle Black treatment. MSRP is $15,249
The Suzuki Boulevard C50T, Suzuki’s touring cruiser, adds new Pearl Brilliant White paint combined with subtle blue graphics. MSRP is $9,599.
Lastly, Suzuki’s Boulevard C50 is now available in either Candy Daring Red or a new Solid Iron Gray paint scheme. MSRP is $8,349.
So as you can see, the changes to Suzuki’s remaining model lineup are mostly cosmetic. The impact of COVID may be driving this, so we’ll have to wait until 2022 to see any significant changes to these machines.
