Well, this one is getting my vote for "Dumbass of the Year" award. It's a runaway so far...lot's of stupid shit hits these pages but this one is pretty far and away bad. I really don't even want to get into specifics but I think a 3-yr olds trike has more legroom and at least that trike didn't have all the exhaust blowing on my toes. No thank you, please!
Or maybe those who are writing code and influencing AI searches are hipsters who don't want to be blamed for that cafe/scrambler crap. We only see what they want us to see..........
That was my thought The first thing that strikes me is the flexi-flyer frame, but there's really "too much to list"
OK - I'm putting this here...not because this guy is a "dumbass" but more because he's kinda sticking his tongue out at the dumbasses and I liked his ad. He may be on the "dumb" side due to price but he's probably more realistic than any of us want to admit. maybe the best line I've read in any ad "It all goes cause my wife said so. Or $50 extra for my dump fee." Love it. https://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/mcy/d/gig-harbor-1987-bmw-75/7872933161.html 1987 BMW K-75 - $2,100 (Gig Harbor) I did the Olympic Peninsula roundtrip, Hwy 101 to Port Angeles, back thru the twisties, from Gig Harbor last weekend. Zis specimen may be the one w gnarliestest and knobbliestest tires we've seen on these pages for a while, looooong while... Enter '88 R100RT coffee-black-on-black-w-black-'n-black darth-vader-racer abomination... Why is it only in ads such as this one where a claim is made that “the engine has been resealed”? And what does resealing mean?
We discussed that "topic" few days ago and one of the cleverer comments was that resealing likely referred to removing cyl head cover original gaskets which were leaking, then taking one tube of RTV per each head and obliterating the contact surface w said RTV to hide the leaks...
Unquestionably a motorcycle for sale. $3k Gotta love a "selling for a friend" with a CL ad on a FB ad. Won't start, but "probably just needs a battery" https://tinyurl.com/yz2bkjkj
The acchuall pic from like now looks much worse than one from when the bike was bought... "...Selling for a friend. Original Craigslist post from when he bought it a couple years ago. Hasn’t been riden since the guy dropped it off. Doesn’t currently start but I think just needs a battery charge. Selling as is..." Good luck w sail brah...
You'd pay for that pos $300 although it doesn't start and needs new battery and doesn't have the title? Dat's too generous for what you'd get in the return, me thinks...
My eyes are startin' to hurt w all of the coffee-racer's abominations popping up out of woodwork everywhere I look... '93 K1100LT below...
