Triumph is about to open a new offroad moto center  in Spain, offering rider training and other adventure experience.

According to Triumph, the new Adventure Experience program in Spain will allow riders to “Experience all the thrills of off-road riding with a whole range of immersive and fun riding experiences designed for riders to build or enhance their off-road capability and skills.” In other words, you can learn to ride better, or just go for the enjoyable motorcycling opportunity. The center caters to all abilities, from absolute beginners to riders with advanced skills.

It should run along the same lines as other long-established rider experience centers run by Ducati, BMW and other high-end OEMs, which offer a focused moto experience for riders looking for a two-wheeled getaway.

Why Spain? There are probably a couple of reasons for this. Triumph is based in the UK, and British residents have along tradition of fleeing the damp and fog of Old Blighty for the sun and warmth of Spain. It’s like Americans heading to Florida for the winter, or Canadians heading to Cuba.

Spain also happens to be an adventure riding paradise, with a wide variety of terrain and vibrant culture. Other UK tour operators and independent ADVers have been heading there for decades, thanks to the amazing opportunities.

The new Triumph facility is located 15 minutes away from the Malaga International Airport, at the foot of the Sierra de la Nieves Natural Park. It’s stocked with Triumph’s latest-generation Tiger and Scrambler models, with instructors

Training programs include a one-day offroad program, or a two-day program for riders of varying skills. There are also more private sessions available, tailored to a rider’s specific needs.

There are also one-day guided rides available, with light offroad travel included, as well as a two-day guided tour with more challenging terrain. Triumph’s Adventure Experience program will also offer a Ladies Day, an “exclusive one-day training course providing the opportunity to experience adventure riding under expert guidance alongside other women.”
