So my brother and I are planning a trip to see our sister in Co. He's talking about 900.00 shipping. Surely there's a better way. We've got 2 300s and a 250 ktms.
    Thanks gents.

You could drive. If you assume a 4000 mile toundtrip, 20 miles per gallon and $3.00/gallon; it's about $600 to drive out and back.

You can rent KTMS from more than one rental place in colorado.

But, I rather have my own bike.

Don't forget to buy required Colorado out of state OHV sticker

    haulbikes.com has a office/wharehouse in Pa.
Used them for Maryland to Ca shipping and was very happy with price and service.

900 bucks per bike or 900 bucks for each bike? I rented a Uhaul 6x12 trialer and used my pickup truck to haul 3 bikes from PA to Colorado Springs last July. Trailer was 35 bucks a day and gas was about 470 bucks one way split between 3 people which made the trip affordable. We made the drive from PA to Colorado Springs in two days, Philly to ST Louis and ST Louis to Colorado Springs averaging about 14 hours and 850 miles a day.

With that said I know of one dealership in MD that ships bikes nationwide using UPS Freight so you may want to check them out.

Find someone else to go on the trip who has more time and can drive the bikes out. I have done it for people before, they paid for my fuel and meals. I picked them up and dropped them off at the airport.
