Sioux Fall South Dakota rider.

Hi after a ten year hiatus from riding I am back with an 1150 gs. I was looking for a bike all spring and summer and found a lovely gs about 1.5h hours away. In the few weeks I have had it I have put 700 miles on. I am trying to get riding in before winter. Bought the bike to commute 20 miles round trip to work and also to ride gravel and minimum maintenance roads around the east part of the state. Black hills will hopefully be in the future come better weather next year.

Hopefully a nice fall/ Indian summer so you can explore a bit. Some good historical exploring around there to check out.

Welcome! Glad to see another ADV rider in the land of cruisers. 1150's are so cool! What color is it? I'll keep an eye out. I commute on the bike shown here or a Orange Tiger 800 XC. Maybe see you out and about once riding season is back.
